안심캠 (AnsimCam · com.elan.ansimcam)
촬영한 영상은 서버에 없습니다. 영상은 촬영한 휴대폰에만 저장되므로, 영상을 지우려면 앱의 보관함에서 지우거나 Android 설정 › 앱 › 안심캠 › 저장공간에서 데이터를 삭제하시면 됩니다. 앱을 삭제해도 앱 전용 폴더에 저장한 영상은 함께 사라집니다(직접 고른 폴더에 저장한 영상은 남습니다).
요청이 확인되면 Firebase Authentication 계정과, 그 계정에 연결된 기기 목록(기기 식별자·이름·모델·마지막 접속·배터리·저장 개수·망 종류와 해시·메인 기기 지정)을 삭제합니다. 연결 신호는 연결이 맺어지는 즉시 자동으로 삭제되므로 남아 있지 않습니다.
로그인에 사용한 이메일 주소로 dreamnote1010@gmail.com에 “AnsimCam 계정 및 데이터 삭제 요청”이라는 제목으로 보내 주세요. 본인 확인을 위해 로그인 이메일을 확인할 수 있습니다. 비밀번호는 보내지 마세요.
요청 확인 후 30일 이내에 처리 결과를 회신합니다. 법령상 보관 의무가 있는 정보와 Google Firebase 의 백업·보안 로그는 해당 법령 또는 Google 보존 정책에 따라 제한적으로 남을 수 있습니다.
Your videos are not on a server. They are saved only on the phone that recorded them — delete them in the app's library, or in Android Settings › Apps › 안심캠 › Storage. Uninstalling the app also deletes videos kept in the app-private folder (videos in a folder you chose yourself remain).
To delete your account and the data linked to it (Firebase Authentication account and your device list), email dreamnote1010@gmail.com from the address you signed in with, with the subject “AnsimCam account and data deletion request”. Never send your password. We reply within 30 days. Signalling data is deleted automatically as soon as a connection is made.
