GymNote - Workout Log
GymNote - Workout Log (the "App") is an offline workout journal that helps you log routines, sets, reps, weights, and view personal training statistics.
The App does not collect, store, or transmit any personal information. There is no account system, no online sync, and no advertising or analytics SDK.
The App does not request your name, email address, phone number, age, location, contacts, photos, microphone, camera, or any other personally identifying information.
All routines, completed sets, rest-timer states, and history records that you create inside the App are stored exclusively in the local Room database on your device. They never leave your device through the App.
The App does not request any runtime permissions (no Internet, no storage, no notifications, no location).
Standard Android system clipboard access is used only when you tap the "Export records" button in Settings to copy your data so you can paste it elsewhere (a note app, a messenger, etc.). The clipboard content is generated locally and is never sent to a server.
The Settings screen offers two manual actions:
Both actions run entirely on your device. No cloud account, no developer-controlled server, no third party is involved.
Because the App does not collect data, there is nothing to share, sell, lease, or disclose to any third party — including marketing, analytics, or advertising partners.
Your local workout data persists on the device until you delete it manually inside the App, clear the app data from Android Settings, or uninstall the App. Uninstalling the App removes all stored data permanently.
The App does not collect personal information from anyone, including children under 13. There is no profiling, no advertising, and no third-party SDK directed at children.
Because no data leaves the device, your records inherit the security properties of your Android device's sandboxed app storage. We recommend enabling a screen lock and keeping the device's OS up to date.
This Privacy Policy may be updated to reflect legal or feature changes. The latest version is always available at this page. Material changes will be summarized in the App's release notes.
