Terms of Service

1. Purpose

These Terms govern your use of Petal Paths (the "App"), a casual color-sorting puzzle game, and define the rights and responsibilities of users and the operator.

2. The Service

The App provides the following features:

• A color-sorting puzzle with 120 levels and level progression with stars.
• An in-game shop for hints and cosmetic skins, purchased with in-game currency.
• Optional rewarded ads to earn in-game sun drops.
• Sound and haptic settings, and a progress-reset option.

3. In-Game Currency And Items

Sun drops, hints, and cosmetic items are in-game virtual goods with no monetary value. They cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred to other users, or refunded except as required by applicable law. Rewarded ads are always optional.

4. Data And Responsibility

All game progress is stored locally on your device. You are responsible for your data; the operator is not liable for data loss caused by uninstalling the App, resetting progress, or changing devices.

5. User Obligations

You agree not to:

• Copy, redistribute, or commercially exploit the App's artwork, icons, or UI assets without permission.
• Use reverse engineering, macros, or automation tools that disrupt the normal operation of the App.
• Use the App for any purpose that violates applicable law or public order.

6. Advertising

The App displays optional rewarded ads served through Google AdMob. Your interaction with ads and advertisers is governed by Google's policies and the advertiser's own terms.

7. Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for service interruptions or data loss arising from force majeure, OS or device changes, or failures of third-party infrastructure (including Google AdMob), absent willful misconduct or gross negligence.

8. Changes And Termination

The operator may change or discontinue parts of the service for quality or operational reasons, and will provide prior notice through the App or this page before fully terminating the service.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and any dispute shall be subject to the competent court under the Korean Civil Procedure Act.
