촬영·보정·AR 스티커·AI 헤어 컬러·네컷 합성은 기기에서 처리합니다. MediaPipe 얼굴·헤어 모델도 앱에 포함되어 오프라인으로 동작합니다. 사진, 얼굴 이미지·특징점·헤어 영역은 개발자 서버로 전송·저장하지 않으며 광고·마케팅·프로파일링에 쓰거나 제3자에게 제공하지 않습니다. 얼굴 인식으로 사람을 식별하지 않습니다. 결과 사진은 기기 갤러리에 저장됩니다. Android 10 이상에서는 Pictures/Selly 폴더를 사용합니다. 네컷 작업 사진은 편집하는 동안 앱 내부에 임시 보관하고 작업 종료 시 정리하며 백업에서 제외합니다. 셀리 앨범의 목록도 기기 안에 저장되고 백업에서 제외됩니다. 사용자가 선택한 사진에만 사진 선택 도구로 접근합니다.
Firebase Crashlytics는 설치 식별자, 기기·OS·앱 버전, 오류 시각·기기 상태, 오류 스택과 기능 영역을 처리합니다. Google Analytics for Firebase는 앱 인스턴스 식별자, 기기·언어, IP에서 추정한 대략적인 지역, 화면·촬영·저장·공유·효과 선택·권한 응답 등의 이용 이벤트와 Google Play 설치 출처를 처리합니다. 분석 이벤트에 사진, 파일 경로·URI, 이용자가 입력한 문구, 얼굴 특징값은 포함하지 않습니다. 직접 만든 프레임은 이름 대신 고정 값으로 기록합니다. 광고를 표시하거나 광고 ID를 수집하지 않으며 정밀 위치 권한을 요청하지 않습니다. 계정·로그인·앱 내 결제·구독도 없습니다. Google Play 인앱 업데이트는 Google Play 서비스가 처리합니다.
카메라는 촬영에, Android 9 이하 저장소 쓰기 권한은 완성 사진 저장에 사용합니다. 인터넷·네트워크 상태 권한은 진단·통계·업데이트 확인에 사용합니다. Android 자동 백업이 켜져 있으면 즐겨찾기 효과, 네컷 워터마크 설정, 직접 만든 프레임과 이름이 이용자 본인의 Google 계정에 백업될 수 있습니다. 개발자는 이 백업에 접근할 수 없습니다. 사진·앨범 목록·네컷 임시 파일은 제외합니다. 공유 버튼을 누르면 이용자가 선택한 외부 앱에 이미지가 전달되며, 그 뒤에는 해당 서비스 정책이 적용됩니다.
진단·통계 데이터는 Google LLC의 Firebase·Google Play 인프라에서 대한민국 밖에서도 처리될 수 있습니다. Google 개인정보처리방침을 확인해 주세요. 사진은 기기에서 삭제할 수 있고, 오류·통계 정보는 Google의 보관 정책에 따릅니다. 앱 데이터 삭제나 재설치 시 설치 식별자가 갱신되며, Android 설정의 백업 관리에서 백업된 설정값을 삭제할 수 있습니다. 열람·정정·삭제·처리정지 요청은 아래 연락처로 접수합니다. 계정이 없어 개인 식별이 제한될 수 있으며 확인 가능한 범위에서 처리합니다. 아동을 주 대상으로 하지 않고 만 14세 미만(한국)·13세 미만(미국)의 개인정보 수집을 의도하지 않습니다.
iPhone·iPad에서는 완성 사진을 저장할 때 사진 추가 권한을, 기존 사진을 고를 때 iOS 사진 선택 도구를 사용합니다. 셀리 앨범에서 삭제해도 iOS 사진 앱에 저장된 사본은 남아 있어 사진 앱에서 별도로 삭제해야 합니다. 앱의 앨범 사본·목록은 iCloud·기기 백업에서 제외됩니다. Firebase Analytics·Crashlytics는 위와 같은 목적에 쓰되 IDFA 추적과 앱 추적 투명성(ATT) 요청은 사용하지 않습니다.
Selly processes photos and face or hair landmarks on your device with bundled MediaPipe models. We do not upload, store, sell or share photos or face data, and do not use face data for ads or profiling. Finished images are saved to your device; temporary 4-cut shots and the Selly album index are excluded from backup. Firebase Crashlytics receives installation, device and error diagnostics. Google Analytics for Firebase receives an app-instance identifier, approximate IP-derived region and feature-use events, but no photo content, file path or user-entered text. Google Play handles in-app updates. Selly displays no ads and has no account or in-app purchase.
On Android, selected settings and custom frame names may be backed up to your own Google account; photos, album lists and temporary shots are excluded. Sharing sends an image to the app you choose. Google may process diagnostics and analytics abroad under its privacy policy. You can remove local data and request access, correction or deletion through the contact below. The service is not directed at children under 14 in Korea or 13 in the US. For iOS from version 2.0.0, the app requests add-only photo permission for saving and uses the system photo picker. Removing an image from the Selly album does not remove a copy saved in Apple Photos; the app album is excluded from iCloud/device backups. iOS Analytics and Crashlytics do not use IDFA tracking or an ATT prompt.
