이 약관은 셀리 모바일 앱과 소개 페이지에 적용됩니다. 앱을 설치·사용하면 약관에 동의한 것으로 봅니다. 셀리는 실시간 뷰티 셀피 카메라, AR 스티커, 사진 보정, 네컷 사진 제작을 제공합니다. 모든 기능은 무료이며 계정 가입·앱 내 결제·구독·광고가 없습니다.
촬영·편집한 사진의 권리는 이용자에게 있습니다. 앱이 제공하는 필터·스티커·프레임·폰트·디자인은 셀리 또는 권리자에게 귀속됩니다. 결과물은 개인적·상업적으로 사용할 수 있지만 앱 에셋 자체를 추출·재배포·재판매할 수 없습니다. 네컷 워터마크는 프레임 탭에서 끌 수 있습니다.
타인의 동의 없는 촬영·보정·게시, 초상권·명예 침해, 사칭, 허위 정보 유포, 앱 역공학·복제·개작, 자동화 도구의 비정상 부하, 불법적 이용을 삼가야 합니다. 이용자가 이미지를 외부 앱에 공유하면 이후 이용·보관·공개에는 해당 서비스 약관과 정책이 적용됩니다.
서비스는 “있는 그대로(as is)” 제공됩니다. 모든 기기·OS에서의 동작이나 보정 결과·호환성을 보증하지 않으며 얼굴 인식은 조명·각도 등에 따라 실패할 수 있습니다. 사진은 기기에 저장되고 셀리는 사진 백업 서비스를 제공하지 않으므로 중요한 사진은 별도로 백업해 주세요. 법이 허용하는 범위의 간접 손해 책임 제한은 고의·중대한 과실 책임이나 소비자의 법정 권리를 제한하지 않습니다. 기능은 변경·중단될 수 있고 앱을 삭제해 이용을 종료할 수 있습니다. 약관 변경 시 이 페이지의 날짜를 갱신하며 대한민국 법이 적용됩니다.
These terms cover the Selly app and its information page. Selly offers a free beauty selfie camera, AR stickers, retouching and 4-cut strips, with no account, purchases, subscription or ads. You own your photos and may use resulting images personally or commercially; Selly and its licensors retain rights in filters, stickers, frames, fonts and designs, which you may not extract or resell. The watermark can be disabled in the frame tab.
Respect others' consent, likeness and reputation; do not impersonate people, spread false claims, reverse-engineer the app, overload it or use it unlawfully. Sharing is governed by the destination service. The service is provided “as is”; face detection and compatibility can vary, and you should back up important photos yourself. Liability limits do not exclude willful misconduct, gross negligence or statutory consumer rights. Features and terms may change, and you may stop using the app by uninstalling it. Korean law applies.
