StampWalk Terms of Use

Effective October 12, 2026 · Provider: Elan-D

StampWalk lets people create invitation-only walking, cycling, and hiking challenges and collect app-issued stamps. You must be at least 18 to use the service. Review and accept these terms and the Privacy Policy before creating a challenge.

Responsible use outdoors

Choose safe and lawful routes. Check access rules, weather, traffic, terrain, and your physical ability before visiting a point. Do not trespass, enter restricted land, obstruct traffic, or encourage another person to do so. A point's presence in StampWalk does not mean it is accessible or safe. Location checks rely on device-reported coordinates and do not certify that a person completed a route or that conditions are safe.

Your challenges and invitations

You are responsible for names and places you create, and for deciding who receives an invitation code. Invitees can see the challenge and its point coordinates. Do not post a private person's home, a confidential location, or information you lack permission to share. Use only content you have the right to provide. You keep your rights in your names and other content, and give us permission to store and show that content to invited members as needed to operate StampWalk.

Prohibited content and conduct

Do not use StampWalk for harassment, threats, hate, pornography or sexual exploitation, child exploitation, illegal activity, spam, impersonation, deceptive locations, or attempts to evade safety controls. Do not expose another person's personal data or private location without permission. You can report a point or its creator and block a creator. Blocking hides that creator's points from you and prevents you from rejoining or collecting them while blocked; it does not remove their content for everyone. We may review reports and hide or remove challenges or restrict misuse where needed to protect users and the service.

Stamps and rankings

StampWalk stamps, scores, and rankings are app features. They are not official route completion certificates, permits, qualifications, or endorsements from trail organizations or public authorities. Some guide entries describe third-party programs for information only; their current rules and availability must be checked with the relevant organization. You can opt out of showing your score and generated pseudonym in a challenge's member ranking.

Accounts, deletion, and changes

You may use a guest profile or connect email/password or Google login. Keep access to your connected account secure. You can delete StampWalk data through Settings or request deletion on the web. Deleting a challenge you created removes other members' associated stamps and access. The Firebase Authentication identity shared with this publisher's other apps is not deleted by the StampWalk data-deletion action.

Features may change or be unavailable due to connectivity, location accuracy, maintenance, or safety concerns. We may update these terms and show a new effective date; if a change requires renewed consent to create challenges, the app will request it. Nothing here removes rights that applicable law does not permit us to exclude.
